It is suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening of castings, forgings, welded components, and heat-treated parts across a wide range of product varieties and batch sizes—small, medium, and large—and is available in two main configurations: single-hook and double-hook.
The chamber features a fully enclosed structure and is equipped with special wear-resistant alloy cast-iron guards, eliminating shot spatter.
An electric hoist is used to load, unload, lift, and move the workpiece; a self-rotating mechanism is employed to enable the workpiece to rotate in both forward and reverse directions within the shot blasting chamber.
