After the equipment is started, the tracks drive the workpieces to continuously rotate, while the shot blasting device rapidly sprays a stream of shot, uniformly impacting the surface of the workpieces to complete the surface cleaning operation. The ejected shot and sand particles pass through the gaps or sieve holes of the tracks and fall into the lower bin of the cleaning chamber. They are then conveyed by a screw conveyor to the elevator, and then sent to the separator for classification processing. The dust is sucked into the dust collector by the negative pressure fan for filtration and purification. The shot and sand mixture is separated and recycled for use, and the clean shot returns to the shot blasting device to continuously perform shot blasting operations on the workpieces.
