A dust-free spray booth provides a clean environment for painting operations through precise air filtration and directed airflow design. Its core principle is as follows:

I. Air Filtration System
Multi-stage purification: Outdoor air is first intercepted by a primary filter to remove large particulate impurities, then conveyed by a supply fan into a static pressure plenum for secondary filtration, creating a vertical air curtain with a velocity of 0.2–0.3 meters per second.
High-efficiency filtration: Multi-layer filter cotton is used in place of traditional filter cloth, achieving an air cleanliness level of over 98% and effectively removing paint mist particles.
II. Airflow Organization Design
Fully downward airflow: Air within the booth flows downward at a velocity of 0.2–0.3 m/s, carrying paint mist particles out through the bottom exhaust vents and preventing them from remaining suspended in the air.
Pressure Orientation: The paint is sprayed vertically from top to bottom under pressure, ensuring greater precision and virtually eliminating the need for rework.
III. Paint Mist Treatment Device
Dry treatment: Utilizes fibrous materials, activated carbon, and other adsorbents to capture paint mist particles.
Wet treatment: Capturing dissolved paint mist through water curtains, water sprays, and other methods, such as common water curtain booths and cyclonic paint mist collection systems.
IV. Temperature Control System
Infrared Curing Lamp: The use of an infrared curing lamp reduces drying time, promoting rapid and high-quality coating cure.
Automatic temperature control: During the baking stage, the system relies on burners and an automatic temperature-control unit. When the temperature reaches 55°C–60°C, the system automatically shuts down to maintain the set temperature; when the temperature drops 4–5°C below the set point, the system restarts to sustain constant temperature.
V. Environmental Protection Design
Water curtain environmental protection: Using a water curtain when exhausting excess paint mist is more environmentally friendly.
Exhaust Gas Purification: Some exhaust ventilation systems are also equipped with exhaust gas purification units to reduce pollutant emissions.
