This equipment is suitable for desanding, rust removal, scale removal, and surface strengthening of cast and forged parts weighing up to 15 kg in various industries. It can only process small cast and forged parts that are resistant to impact and not prone to scratching. It is the preferred equipment for removing residual sand and scale from workpieces in small heat treatment workshops. The entire machine consists of core components such as the drum body, shot-slag separator, shot blasting unit, elevator, and reduction drive motor.
II.Track-Type Shot Blasting Machine
Track-type shot blasting machines are general-purpose foundry equipment suitable for cleaning and strengthening workpieces weighing up to 25 kg each that can withstand mutual impact. They can be used as standalone units or integrated into automated production lines. Mainstream models include the Q326 and Q3210 rubber-track models, as well as the 15GN and 28GN steel-track models. Applications include surface cleaning and finishing of die-cast parts and precision castings and forgings. They can also remove surface scale from heat-treated parts and castings and forgings, as well as perform spring strengthening, rust removal on standard fasteners, and pre-treatment processes prior to painting. This series of equipment is suitable for surface rust removal or shot blasting strengthening of a wide variety of workpieces in medium to large batches.

III.Hook-Type Shot Blasting Machine

This machine is suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening of castings, forgings, welded parts, and heat-treated parts in a wide variety of types and in small, medium, and large batches. It comes in two main configurations: single-hook and double-hook. The chamber features a fully enclosed structure with special wear-resistant alloy cast iron liners, eliminating shot spatter; An electric hoist is used to load, unload, lift, and move workpieces; a self-rotation mechanism rotates the workpieces in both forward and reverse directions within the shot blasting chamber; and either automatic or manual control is available.
The mainstream standard models on the market are the Q376 and Q378 hook-type shot blasting machines, and the equipment supports custom manufacturing based on the customer’s actual workpiece dimensions, weight, and other parameters.
IV.Turntable Shot Blasting Machines
Turntable shot blasting equipment is suitable for small-batch manufacturers to clean the surfaces of thin-walled, flat, and impact-sensitive parts, as well as heat-treated components; it can also be used for surface strengthening of parts. The shot blasting strengthening effect is achieved by placing workpieces flat on a rotating turntable, allowing steel shot to be projected vertically onto the workpiece surface. Common standard models include the Q3510, Q3512, and Q3515, which are suitable for batch processing of small- to medium-sized workpieces. They are widely used in the automotive manufacturing and foundry industries, with typical processed products including engine connecting rods, gears, and diaphragm springs. These machines offer advantages such as high production efficiency, excellent sealing performance, a compact body structure, convenient workpiece loading and unloading, and mature, reliable technology.

The planetary turret type employs a parent-child dual-rotation structure and typically features 2 to 24 small-station turrets. After heat treatment, the equipment removes surface scale from workpieces, leaving them with a uniform silvery-gray finish. This process not only eliminates internal stresses and improves coating adhesion but also induces compressive stress on the workpiece surface through shot blasting, thereby enhancing the part’s fatigue strength and achieving surface strengthening. The parent-child turrets can simultaneously perform shot blasting at each station and carry out loading and unloading operations, enabling uninterrupted continuous production and creating an integrated automated processing unit.
V.Roller Conveyor-Type Shot Blasting Machine

The roller conveyor-type shot blasting machine is a versatile cleaning system specifically designed for sheet metal, H-beams, various types of structural sections, and steel structural components. It is available in two configurations: flat roller conveyor and V-roller conveyor. The equipment delivers high-intensity shot blasting to raw steel, thoroughly removing surface rust, weld slag, and oxide layers. After processing, the workpiece surface exhibits a uniform and consistent finish. This process not only eliminates internal residual stresses in the steel but also enhances the coating quality and corrosion resistance of steel structures.
Widely used in industries such as steel plates, structural steel, steel pipes, welded components, railway rolling stock, construction machinery, and bridge manufacturing for steel rust removal and stress relief, it is the most widely used type of shot blasting equipment on the market.
VI.Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine
Mesh belt shot blasting machines are primarily used to process disc-shaped and plate-shaped castings, as well as structural components, to remove rust, weld slag, and scale from the workpiece surface, resulting in a uniform and bright metal finish that improves coating quality and long-term corrosion resistance. These machines are widely used in the automotive, aerospace, rail transit, and general machinery manufacturing sectors. They employ a continuous metal mesh belt to convey workpieces, allowing parts to pass through the shot blasting zone at a constant, uninterrupted speed.

Multi-directional shot blasting heads operate synchronously, significantly improving cleaning efficiency while preventing friction and collisions between workpieces, thereby avoiding surface damage to the parts.
VII.Overhead Conveyor Shot Blasting Machines

The equipment is divided into three major series: the Q38 Continuous Overhead Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine, the Q48 Step-Feed Overhead Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine, and the Q58 Accumulation-Type Overhead Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine. This series of continuous, step-feed, and accumulating overhead chain shot blasting machines is suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening of batches of small- to medium-sized castings, forgings, and heat-treated parts. Workpieces can move continuously or in steps along the overhead chain; advanced accumulating push-rod overhead chain conveyance can also be employed to enable loading, unloading, and shot blasting at specific points while the system is stationary.
Workpieces are conveyed via a looped chain, supporting three conveying modes: continuous operation, intermittent step-by-step operation, and accumulation buffering. The loading/unloading stations and shot blasting stations are independent of each other, enabling precise loading/unloading and shot blasting at specific points; The load capacity range for a single hook is 200 kg to 800 kg. The system offers stable operation and outstanding production capacity, delivering excellent cleaning results for workpieces with complex internal structures, such as engine blocks, cylinder heads, and motor housings. It is the mainstream processing equipment in the automotive, agricultural machinery, diesel engine, electric motor, and valve industries. Based on the chain travel mode, it can be classified into continuous, step-by-step, and accumulating types; based on the chain arrangement, it is categorized into single-pass, double-pass, and multi-pass models.
VIII.Steel Plate and Section Pre-treatment Line
This equipment is a high-efficiency, continuous-feed steel pre-treatment production line. Steel is preheated on a roller conveyor before being fed into the shot blasting chamber, where multiple high-efficiency shot blasters positioned at different coordinates subject the material to intense, dense impacts and friction. This rapidly removes scale, rust spots, and contaminants from the surface, thereby cleaning and strengthening the steel. During the shot blasting process, the mixture of dislodged shot and dust is collected via the chamber hopper and longitudinal and transverse screw conveyors at the base of the elevator. It is then elevated to the separator at the top of the machine for shot-dust separation.

The separated shot falls into the separator hopper and is conveyed through shot supply pipes to the various shot blasting units for reuse. Dust generated during operation is conveyed through exhaust ducts into the dust collection system; the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, while particulate dust is captured and collected by the dust collector.The shot-blasted steel is then conveyed into the cleaning chamber, where roller brushes remove any residual shot from the surface. A powerful blower then performs a comprehensive rear-blow cleaning, leaving the workpiece surface spotless and meeting the cleanliness standards required for painting. The cleaned workpieces are then conveyed to the paint booth, where two spray guns—one positioned above and one below—apply paint to the workpieces. During the painting process, the paint film thickness can be controlled by adjusting the conveyor belt speed, nozzle size, and operating mode. After surface painting, the steel is conveyed to the drying chamber for curing. The drying chamber utilizes either combustion heating or electric heating. After drying in the curing chamber, the workpieces enter the discharge conveyor roller track, thereby completing the pretreatment process for the steel.
